Terms and Conditions

All prices are £ sterling per week, The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

The Linhay is available all year and is booked weekly in high season from approximately May Bank Holiday to Mid-September and also during public holidays.

However, during the remainder of the year we welcome short breaks.

Short Break bookings can start on any day of the week and are flexible and good value for money.

The rental of a 3 night break is 75% of the weekly tariff for that period, 4 nights is 80% and 5 nights is 85%.

Short Breaks beginning on Wednesday : Thursday : Friday : the rent for the following Saturday applies.

Short Breaks beginning Sunday, Monday, Tuesday the rent for the previous Saturday applies.

Bed linen, electricity, and central heating is included in the price. This should be taken into consideration when comparing prices with other cottages and companies. There are no extra charges for the travel cot or high chair.

To confirm the booking please follow these steps:

1. Please pay 50% within 10 days of your booking form being sent. Payment methods are as follows: Send a cheque payable to Lunny Jenkins to the following address: Woodside, 13 Birch Close, Send, GU23 7BZ or pay money by internet bank transfer:

If your holiday date is within 9 weeks of your booking, the full amount is required.

2. We will send you an email confirming your booking

3. Approximately 9 weeks before you holiday we will contact you to remind you that your balance is due. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Please pay as before:

4. Once the full balance has been paid, we will send you, via email, an information pack with more information about the property including how to access the barn and directions.

5. 10 days prior to your holiday we require a security deposit cheque payable to Lunny Jenkins to be sent to Woodside, 13 Birch Close, Send, GU23 7BZ. If you are unable to send a sterling cheque please add £250 to your final balance by bank transfer.
